Leaseholder terms
To protect all users, leaseholders must agree to abide by the following terms:
All spaces are allocated and parking must only be in the allocated space;
No trade is permitted to take place in the car park;
No vehicle maintenance is permitted in the car park;
Unauthorised vehicles in the car park will be subject to penalty notices;
CCTV is in constant operation in the car park and all users agree to storage of the data by car park agents in line with GDPR regulations.
